Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience managing teams, extensive experience with data analytics in spreadsheets and SQL, fluency in written and spoken English, a “let’s get it done” mindset, and the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution. Furthermore, candidates must be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

The AI Operations Manager will lead and grow a team of high-performing photo editors, utilize data to understand editor behavior and areas for improvement in the editing process, maximize editor productivity through training and tool-building, work closely with the product and operations team to launch and operationalize new products, understand the vision and strategy for the team and ensure alignment with Snappr’s growth, develop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines, and take ownership of Snappr’s growth by doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
