Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or automation roles, demonstrating practical experience with prompt and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and similar tools, along with a deep understanding of automation technologies including generative large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic architectures. Strong software engineering fundamentals and Python coding skills are required, complemented by familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Apache Airflow.
The AI Automation Engineer will collaborate with various teams to identify high-value use cases and design AI-driven solutions, translate complex business needs into technical designs and scalable automation solutions, shape solution architectures, optimize AI models, engage with senior stakeholders to align AI solutions with business outcomes, coordinate with Enablement to roll out solutions and develop training materials, and stay current with state-of-the-art techniques in AI/ML while utilizing a solution-oriented approach with rapid prototyping and iterative development.
