Responsibilities

The AI Solution Engineer will build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Azure tools like Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, and Copilot Studio. Responsibilities include designing and implementing AI-powered orchestration and automation for use cases such as configuration streamlining and onboarding automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions, and developing APIs, scripts, and tools to connect LLM-based agents with enterprise systems. The role also involves supporting testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI workflows in production, staying current with Microsoft's AI platform roadmap, and contributing to the evolution of the internal AI delivery model while promoting AI best practices.
