Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar roles
Solid foundational understanding of traditional ML & Generative AI concepts
Practical experience in GenAI application development, Prompt Engineering, and running detailed evaluations
Strong analytical skills – to understand deep patterns in client data, troubleshoot model performance issues, and suggest innovative solutions to improve outcomes
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies
Strong understanding of API frameworks and various Integration protocols
Ability to work with different data structures and handle basic transformations in order to automate certain components of the application
Experience with solution design, cloud-based solution architecture, and integrations
Proficient with relevant programming languages and technologies
Prior customer-facing experience is a plus

Align GenAI solutions with customer needs and business goals
Lead deployment of GenAI applications at enterprise scale
Analyze customer data structures and integrate with existing systems
