Requirements

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master, with practical experience in SAFe and strong hands-on experience with Jira. Familiarity with Confluence and proven coaching and facilitation skills, including examples of workshops, training sessions, or 1:1s, are also required. A positive, pragmatic mindset and experience working in a multicultural setting are beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Agile Delivery Manager will lead and drive delivery excellence through Agile transformation across Vonage, focusing on introducing a strong enable delivery flow and fostering an Agile culture within teams. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, and supporting teams in Agile values, principles, and practices, using data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, encouraging open communication, identifying and addressing impediments, fostering effective communication between team members and stakeholders, and assisting Release Train Engineers with planning and running SAFe events.
