Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Mechanics or Aerodynamics or Technical Diploma with extensive technical experience in this field
  • Significant experience in a Technical Instructor role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with adult learning concepts
  • Verbally fluent both in Italian and in English
  • Good knowledge of Energy and/or Petroleum Market/Applications & BH IET product portfolio
  • Excellent PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Access)
  • Valid passport and driver’s license and be willing to travel globally (30%+)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting training sessions using approved training materials focusing on the Aeroderivative gas turbines such as maintenance levels and troubleshooting
  • Providing expertise whilst working with Training Academy members to define, develop and deliver training courses for Baker Hughes and multi-vendor products
  • Taking responsibility for the development and delivery of technical training courses, including the arrangement of required materials and equipment
  • Using Virtual and 3D environments as Training aids during the lessons
  • Keeping appropriate documentation & records including the update of course material and completion of student performance evaluations
  • Ensuring content and material of courses are aligned with to the BH IET Quality procedures
  • Enhance the existing Aeroderivative Training offer of the Training Academy
