Candidates need a Masters Degree in Mechanics or Aerodynamics or Technical Diploma with extensive technical experience, significant experience as a Technical Instructor, excellent verbal and written communication skills with adult learning concepts, fluency in Italian and English, good knowledge of Energy/Petroleum Market and BH IET products, excellent PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Access), and a valid passport and driver's license with willingness to travel globally (30%+).
