Candidates should possess 8+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company, with at least 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, or managing software, preferably in identity and access management. Experience running an IGA program is desirable, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of technical infrastructure such as application servers, databases, virtualization, and web services.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will actively participate in the sales process, working closely with sales teams to discover and understand customer requirements, align SailPoint solutions accordingly, and present product demonstrations to prospective customers. They will assist in developing RFP responses, participate in Proof of Value evaluations, provide feedback to Product Management, and communicate at the business level with clients outside of IT, such as HR, Finance, and risk management. Additionally, the role involves articulating the business value of SailPoint as a strategic sale and proactively networking to build a personal brand.
