Candidates should possess at least 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, with a strong background in telecommunications, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions, and experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Territory management skills, including pipeline building, are also required, along with the ability to travel as needed.
As a Solution Consultant, the individual will support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and provide product demonstrations, answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues, provide feedback to product management about product enhancements, share and learn best practices, and support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and user groups.
