Candidates should possess 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, with a strong background in telecom, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions, and experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Territory management skills and the ability to build pipelines are also required, along with the capacity to travel as needed.
As a Solution Consultant, the individual will develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory. They will support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges, deliver product demonstrations, answer product questions, provide feedback to product management, share best practices, and support marketing events.
