Candidates should possess 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, and experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. They must also have territory management skills, including pipeline building, and the ability to work effectively with Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence, along with a strong understanding of how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
As a Solution Consultant, the individual will support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and provide product demonstrations, answer product feature and technical questions, guide strategic programs in top accounts, provide feedback to product management about product enhancements, share and learn best practices, and stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation. They will also support marketing events and contribute to achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
