Our Creator Workflows and Mission Application Development on the Now Platform is a rapidly expanding focus area. As the Now Platform is recognized as a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms, this role offers a significant opportunity to drive growth for ServiceNow, with strong support from the business unit, executive team, and sales.

We are seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant - Creator Workflows to join our pre-sales team. In this customer-facing role, you will act as a domain expert, leveraging your technical and business skills to drive innovative mission solutions for our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Architect solutions to address mission problems on the Now Platform (or similar platforms).
  • Demonstrate and prototype platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to build and present innovative pre-sales solution prototypes to customers, identifying specific requirements as needed.
  • Deliver strategic visions to executive personas at clients, articulating the business value of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Partner with sales, solution consulting, and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem to achieve customer success through thought leadership and awareness building.
  • Employ a consultative approach to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions with customers and prospects.
  • Provide solutions and enablement to the technical sales force.
  • Offer product and solution advice to prospective customers during pre-sales discussions.
  • Provide technical and business expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements.
  • Serve as a value consultant, demonstrating both breadth and depth in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
