Candidates should possess 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, and experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. They must also have territory management skills, including pipeline building, and the ability to travel as needed. Furthermore, experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required.
As a Solution Consultant, the individual will support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, guide revenue for one of ServiceNow’s solutions with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team, develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles, answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues, provide feedback to product management about product enhancements, share and learn best practices, and support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
