Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position within customer service, sales and/or business development within a relevant sector in EMEA region
  • Can build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Have interacted with high-level stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the market, and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the customer
  • Effective communication and ability to influence people at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Developing, managing, and creating the relationship between Converge and potential customers
  • Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and reactivation of old ones
  • Cold to warm calling to the client base
  • Identify demand and supply opportunities with clients
  • Research organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities
  • Develop quotes, proposals and manage order to invoice process for clients
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Provide clients with an excellent level of customer service in EMEA markets
  • Maintain Converge’s market image by adhering to quality and trade manifest, and remaining up to date on industry trends, market activities, and the competition
  • Responsible for lead generation, securing new business, and rebuilding underpenetrated and neglected relationships with small to mid-size accounts
