Strong knowledge of computer and network technologies is required, along with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, and German proficiency is a plus. A valid driving license is also required.
The onsite Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and configuring medical and non-medical hardware and software systems at customer sites, including cable pulling and rack building, ensuring systems meet functionality and performance standards, identifying and addressing potential issues, piloting the site, managing installation progression, interacting with clients professionally, collaborating with project managers and technical teams, providing feedback, maintaining detailed records of installations, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also requires flexibility and willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time.
