The Application Support Engineer will evaluate functionality, troubleshoot bugs, test fixes, and verify functionality based on customer needs or feedback. They will investigate and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, provide high-level support for enterprise applications, and collaborate with development teams and infrastructure teams. This role involves monitoring application performance, analyzing re-occurring issues, creating troubleshooting guides, and identifying opportunities for automation to improve support processes, while also ensuring application compliance with regulations, policies, and security standards.
