Candidates should possess an engineering degree or equivalent, with expertise in Microsoft Office, strong problem-solving skills, administrative abilities, and experience with SAP. Fluency in English at 80% proficiency is required, along with teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.
The Advanced PCPM will establish and organize specific vehicle launch plans, solicit and ensure pilot timings for assemblers, participate in KPM meetings for MRDS compliance, request new part numbers from the applications area, secure purchase order requisitions from the sales department, coordinate pilot execution, ensure EDI mapping for new customers, request customer requirements, create CQ's and schedule agreements, develop and publish Requirements & Packs, monitor program compliance, fulfill dashboard reporting, assist internal plant meetings, track shipment plans, act as a Production Control representative, communicate shipment promises to the customer, negotiate delays, schedule and notify shipments to the customer, avoid premium freight and obsolete charges, coordinate engineering change activities, assist with meetings involving Applications Engineering, Methods Engineering, Production Control, and other areas, ensure PO and SA for new part numbers, inform the customer about break points based on provided PC plant information, and perform any other related job duties including site visits and training.
