Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing: Automation Engineering, Process Engineering and Program Management, demonstrating strong technical skills in problem-solving and issue root-causing within a pressured environment. They should have the ability to run automation programs with minimal supervision, coupled with interpersonal skills including leadership, project management, communication, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation. A deep understanding of process, assembly automation, and manufacturing is required, along with the ability to present to executive teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will take the lead in driving the technical, operational, and lifecycle of various manufacturing automation initiatives, innovating factory processes, concepts, and designs to enable an ideal automated manufacturing process. They will work closely with factory teams to create and achieve OKRs for automation and continuous improvements programs, draft requirement documents, develop concepts, and envision the automated manufacturing process. The role involves creating RFQs/RFPs, engaging with vendors to construct automated equipment, ensuring alignment with Dandy’s specifications, approving vendor processes, and designing and executing FAT/SAT testing. Furthermore, they will integrate new machines into the factory, supervise and report OEE and manufacturing metrics, drive improvement programs, provide routine status reporting, and set targets to achieve them.
