Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential, including experience with report preparation and data management. The ideal candidate will also have experience with fleet administration and maintaining employee training records.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will provide general reception and administrative services, including greeting visitors and managing the switchboard. They will assist with visitor and contractor orientations, coordinate site visits for senior management, prepare reports and meeting materials, maintain office supplies and equipment, support fleet administration, assist with HSE and PSM personnel activities, maintain employee training records, and provide confidential administrative support to the manager and Area Management Team.
