Requirements
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles, experience with budget and forecast preparation, proficiency in financial modeling (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements), the ability to analyze complex financial data, excellent communication and presentation skills, a collaborative work style, a keen eye for detail, and a self-starter attitude. Experience in utilities, governmental entities, energy, or energy conservation programs is desirable, and overseas operations experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Manager FP&A will work directly with the Senior Director of FP&A and Treasurer as a business partner, developing a strong understanding of Energy Solutions and presenting risks, opportunities, and recommendations. They will manage and lead the budget and forecast process, develop pro forma analysis/profitability templates for projects and capital expenditures, collaborate with various departments to gather financial information, and prepare financial summaries and presentations for leadership. The role also involves serving as a strategic thought partner for the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasurer.
