Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer satisfaction through complaint response procedures according to customer-specific requirements, 8D, DPS, DPRTS, Customer Portal, control plan execution, and PFMEA updates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction process and KPI performance
  • Monitor customer KPI performance, analyze data, apply continuous improvement, and perform corrective actions for KPIs below target
  • Maintain lessons learned database
  • Ensure customer complaint response on customer portals for all WFCC and CSE reports (first answer: 24H; final answer with root cause and action plan: 14 days)
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team for problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementation of irreversible corrective actions
  • Submit corrective actions related to customer complaints (WFCC, Unformal, WIRS) on customer portals
  • Control sorting services and coordinate RMA for customer complaints; ensure immediate containment with defined quality checks, rework, and data collection
  • Implement Quality Alerts and ICA (Interim Containment Action)
  • Analyze parts returned due to warranty issues
  • Prepare customer presentations for quality issues
  • Ensure temporary measures are eliminated once process performance and stabilization are back to expected levels
  • Control all inventory available in the pipeline
  • Perform any other work activity related to the position
