Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in digital ad tech, programmatic operations, or publisher-side ad operations. Proficiency with ad tech tools like Google Ad Manager and programmatic platforms is required, along with knowledge of header bidding setup and optimization. Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Experience with server-side header bidding, curated marketplaces, PMP deal management, and basic front-end development (HTML, JavaScript) are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Ad Tech Manager will implement and manage header bidding solutions, optimize ad tag setups for various inventory types, and configure SSPs and partner integrations. They will manage technical aspects of PMP and curated marketplace deals, monitor ad performance, and collaborate with engineers to test new ad technologies. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving ad serving issues, providing technical insights on auction dynamics, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and IAB frameworks.
