Join the Snowflake team and help build the future of the AI Data Cloud! This role focuses on engaging with newly signed customers, driving quick starts, and ensuring a successful onboarding journey. You’ll collaborate with account teams, answer technical questions, and identify opportunities for customer growth and platform adoption.

Requirements

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to track, manage, and drive customers to agreed-upon timelines with the agreed-upon resources.
  • Technical Understanding: Understanding and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
  • SQL Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL is required.
  • Database Experience: Experience working with database technology (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure SQL, BigQuery).
  • Scripting Languages: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve customer-specific business problems and apply Snowflake’s solutions.
  • Customer Facing Skills: Ability to effectively communicate Snowflake’s vision to technical and executive audiences.
  • Education: University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • SnowPro Core Certification: A plus.
  • Data Science Concepts: Understanding of Data Science concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Quick Start Outreach: Engage with newly signed customers within the first 90 days.
  • Objective Setting & Documentation: Set objectives, get customer dedication, track activities, and generate relevant documentation.
  • Salesforce Management: Be accountable for documenting onboarding activities in tools like Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with account teams to highlight risks and engage appropriate cross-functional resources (e.g., professional services, partners, technical support).
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions from customers regarding Snowflake’s technology, capabilities, solutions, and applications.
  • Strategic SOWs: Identify opportunities to engage partners at opportune times for strategic Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Onboarding Orchestration: Orchestrate Snowflake’s internal programs and resources to support the customer’s onboarding journey.
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Manage a customer portfolio, creating and implementing strategies to increase usage, adoption, and growth of the platform, measured by customer retention and growth.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote self-sufficiency through the creation and sharing of knowledge through multiple mediums and channels.
  • Sentiment Analysis & Success Planning: Provide sentiment analysis and success planning.
