Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of automotive aftermarket experience and reside within a 50-mile radius of Kansas City, KS, or be willing to relocate. This role requires the ability to travel frequently to dealerships within the Western Region and does not offer immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The ACDelco Market Area Manager will solicit orders at the Direct Account level to maximize sales and program participation, establish ACDelco inventories, and assist in marketing ACDelco products. Responsibilities include developing and directing sales representatives, collaborating with wholesale managers, attaining sales objectives, and growing aftermarket sales opportunities. The role involves prospecting for new distribution, implementing local promotions, ensuring compliance with ACDelco policies, providing market input for forecasting, and maintaining customer records. Additionally, the manager will support customer training activities, stay updated on product trends, and monitor warranty reduction initiatives.
