Requirements

Candidates should have experience creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing, applying payments in Salesforce Billing and NetSuite, and collecting invoices of varying dollar values. Experience troubleshooting and resolving customer payment issues, working with ticketing systems like HappyFox, Zendesk, or Asana, and invoicing against Purchase Orders in customer portals such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Taulia, or Tipalti is required. Experience with Happyfox, Slack, Notion, performing account and billing address/contact updates in Salesforce, working with bankruptcy filings, and performing Accounts Receivable Reserve Analysis is advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts. This role involves performing month-end reconciliations, calculating KPIs, conducting period-over-period flux analysis, and assisting with process automation and the execution of internal controls. The analyst will also troubleshoot and resolve payment issues with customers.
