Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in quota-carrying account management, and 3+ years of selling a SaaS product. Exceptional relationship management skills, including experience managing and growing strategic accounts across IT, business, and C-suite, are also necessary, as well as the ability to excel in strategic client engagement beyond renewals and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

As an Account Partner, the role involves utilizing a value-based selling approach to sell the Veeva Vault Development Cloud across the enterprise, identifying and growing sales opportunities within assigned accounts, particularly with emerging and mid-size biotech customers. The position requires developing and expanding relationships within a set of 5-10 accounts, managing multiple complex sales cycles, leveraging internal and external resources, and delivering analytics and benchmarking around account progress and value to customers and internal sales leadership.
