Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in enterprise software/service solution sales and account management, with a proven history of achieving sales targets and generating new business. A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales goals is required, along with strategic account planning and execution skills. Alternatively, candidates with 2+ years of experience in supporting China's local pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies are also considered.
The Account Partner will be responsible for identifying and researching target accounts, developing a sales pipeline through various methods, managing the end-to-end sales process, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT teams. They will also manage strategic relationships with China-local pharmaceutical companies, assist clients in utilizing Veeva solutions, identify reference customers, and act with urgency and integrity while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
