As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of Crossix's offerings, building strong customer relationships, managing pipeline within CRM tools, working in partnership with solution consultants to manage client deployments, ensuring client satisfaction and renewal, and keeping current with industry trends while addressing customer challenges and proposing solutions.
