Responsibilities

  • Extend, develop, and deliver Global/Geo directives, tools, and processes that power Nike’s end-to-end offense across the Sporting Goods channel
  • Shape channel strategies and program seasonal direction for retail partners as part of the Retail Marketing team
  • Contribute to channel strategies for Sporting Goods partners
  • Program seasonal marketing direction in collaboration with the Sporting Goods Sales team
  • Lead development of seasonal and non-seasonal marketing plans
  • Brief agencies and guide execution across Japan
  • Participate in weekly cross-functional exchanges to share ideas and best practices
  • Manage the annual marketing budget to optimize resources and ensure timely delivery
  • Measure success through Share of Business (SoB), revenue targets, and emotional consumer connection via Brand Strength Metrics (BSM)
  • Activate seasonal campaigns in retail environments, ensuring each partner reflects Nike Sport and culture through integrated account plans and compelling storytelling
