Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service and preferably sales experience with product, industry, and market knowledge, along with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. They must also demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting and business concepts, and proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, act as the key customer contact, deliver outstanding customer service, solicit sales opportunities, manage leads and customers in the CRM system, manage aged inventory and accounts receivable, develop programs based off customer needs, create ongoing and growing business, conduct Customer Business Reviews, introduce new product expansion/market, prepare various reports and correspondence, and perform other duties as required. They will also travel approximately 75% within the North East region and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
