Responsibilities

The Account Manager will manage a territory to achieve annual budget targets for all Alcon Canada surgical products, focusing on total territory sales and sales targets for key product lines. Responsibilities include penetrating new products, minimizing price decreases, training surgeons and nursing staff in the OR, supporting the tender process for hospital contracts, managing contract obligations and payments, resolving product and service issues with hospitals, conducting regular business reviews, and establishing relationships at all hospital levels. The role also involves strategic account planning, implementing marketing strategies, and completing administrative tasks such as IOL auditing, Salsa completion, sales forecasting, and expenses.
