Requirements

  • Titulaire d’une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5, type Ecole d’ingénieur ou de commerce
  • Au moins 6 ans d’expérience réussie dans la vente complexe en ESN ou vente en cabinet de conseil
  • Première approche du secteur de la finance (connaissance de l’écosystème du marché de la finance est un prérequis)
  • Sens aigu des responsabilités et forte autonomie
  • Capacité à fédérer et coordonner différentes équipes
  • Proactivité pour lancer des initiatives innovantes

Responsibilities

  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie secteur/compte à court, moyen et long terme (et la décliner) avec les différents acteurs référents de l’équipe Finance (Experts, Managers, Sales…)
  • Identifier et développer la matrice de contacts et de décideurs pour accompagner nos clients, en lien avec notre stratégie et le catalogue de nos offres
  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires et assurer le rayonnement de la marque Talan
  • Assurer le suivi et la montée en charge des dispositifs et prestations en cours sur le périmètre qui vous sera confié
  • Identifier de nouvelles cibles et de nouvelles opportunités de prospection sur votre périmètre
  • Être un véritable chef d’orchestre des phases d’avant-vente en étroite relation avec les BU du groupe et les régions
  • Suivre les affaires sur le plan administratif et financier du début jusqu’à la fin du processus
