Requirements

Candidates must possess fluent English language skills and have over 5 years of customer-facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking, or commercial banking. A track record of originating leads and managing customer relationships in the financial services industry is required, along with confidence in orchestrating meetings and handling prospect inquiries. Professional or personal exposure to crypto markets is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of high net worth customer accounts, identifying leads, building relationships, and assisting customers with Xapo Bank's products. Responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining global HNW customer relationships, understanding customer needs to formulate solutions, and acting as a regional escalation point for Customer Success Advisors. The role involves attending events to promote the Xapo brand, meeting clients face-to-face, monitoring customer portfolios, providing updates, and performing regular client reviews to reassess risk profiles and wealth management needs. Additionally, the Account Manager must perform tasks in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements, achieve KPIs and targets, provide product demonstrations, develop strategies to increase the customer base and cross-selling opportunities, and stay updated on advancements in the crypto and traditional finance industries.
