Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships with the network
  • Monitor and analyse the performance, share with partners and identify opportunities area to improve metrics and partners' satisfactions
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions according to company goals and partners mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and CVP (consumer value proposition)
  • Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty impacting positively both absolute metrics and relatives such as market share
  • Control perimeter P&L identifying opportunities and risks
