Candidates should possess superior consultative sales and relationship-building skills, a thorough understanding of PIMCO’s products and services, and an advanced understanding of the financial advisory business. They must also demonstrate a strong ability to manage a territory of Financial Advisors and drive sales across intermediary driven sales channels.
The Account Manager, Field Sales will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships in a defined geographic territory for the full suite of PIMCO products, managing all aspects of client relationship management and driving sales. This includes maximizing territory performance, developing and executing a strategic territory business plan, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of PIMCO’s offerings, ensuring compliance, scheduling and conducting activities, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting PIMCO’s business objectives.
