Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a field-based role, demonstrating comfort with extended periods of walking, driving between locations, and outdoor exposure. A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are required, and experience with CRM software and mobile sales tools is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales experience, and they must reside in the greater Miami region.

Responsibilities

As a Field Account Executive, the role involves conducting daily in-person visits to retail locations within the assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers, presenting our products/services through engaging demonstrations and presentations, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, regularly tracking and reporting on sales activities, leads, and market insights, representing the company professionally in all client interactions, navigating local market conditions and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
