Requirements

Candidates should possess 2 years of relevant Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales experience managing a book of business with approximately 50 customers, startup experience is a plus, commercial aptitude demonstrated through a track record of growing revenue via renewals and account expansions, experience with upsell or revenue quotas is preferred, and technical aptitude including the ability to learn technical topics and understand complex concepts.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for 45-50 customers, managing relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, forecasting quarterly renewals, proactively identifying risks and offering solutions, identifying and tracking upsell opportunities in Salesforce, leading quarterly business reviews, providing performance insights, and supporting customers in effectively utilizing Forter’s products through training and platform enablement.
