Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels, including procurement managers and CFOs, are essential. Experience in driving renewals, expansions, and upsells is preferred, along with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
The Account Manager will own the relationship with customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they derive meaningful value from Omnea's platform. They will manage expansion quotas and renewal outcomes, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to maintain a customer-centric approach and represent the voice of the customer within the organization.
