Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with B2C sales, ideally from a call center or telemarketing environment
  • Background in managing the performance of external third parties, vendors, or sales teams to achieve set targets

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external call centers in Finland and Sweden, driving performance through hands-on coaching, training, and KPI monitoring
  • Manage the execution of sales campaigns, ensuring vendors are aligned with campaign objectives to meet B2C sales targets
  • Translate sales plans into concrete actions for vendors and continuously optimize call scripts, processes, and sales techniques to improve conversion and quality
  • Work closely with the strategic Account Manager for AIG business partners, providing performance data and tactical insights to support overall partner growth
  • Collaborate with legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials and sales processes are compliant and of the highest quality
  • Take full ownership of driving the performance and success of key distribution vendors
