Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in group benefits sales or service, a license to sell Life & Health products in their territory, and a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience. They should possess strong performance orientation, drive for results, analytical skills, integrity, self-awareness, and a mindset for innovation. The ability to seek opinions, process feedback, take smart risks, collaborate respectfully, and communicate effectively with stakeholders is also required.
The Account Executive will foster and manage relationships with policyholders and producers by providing responsive communication, resolving conflicts, and conducting proactive outreach. They will act as a liaison between internal departments and customers to meet objectives, assess client needs, and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities include monitoring renewal activity, preparing renewals strategically, gathering underwriting data and claims experience, managing persistency goals, assisting with the enrollment process, and participating in finalist meetings. The role also involves demonstrating proficiency in group products and representing the company at industry and community events.
