Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with other Account Managers on many different accounts across a wide range of industries
  • Manage relationships by ramping and growing customers with a focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn
  • Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts while striving to meet strategic and financial targets
  • Prioritize and manage short- and long-term projects with varying timelines across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams where relevant
  • Serve as a feedback loop for customers internally
