Requirements

  • Experience in sales or account management, particularly in institutional or high-net-worth client segments
  • Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry
  • Ability to strategically identify and pitch to institutional prospects
  • Creativity and expertise in crafting and tailoring financial products, including integrating traditional services into crypto (e.g., lines of credit, custody)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to institutional client leads
  • Pitch offerings and guide prospects through onboarding/integration
  • Take full ownership of client relationships and expand them to their fullest potential
  • Work closely with the institutional sales team as a team player
  • Address client needs, capture insights, and feed input into the product roadmap
  • Represent Crypto.com at events and conferences in the AMER region to engage institutional players and raise awareness
  • Research market and competitor trends to stay ahead of developments and client expectations
  • Drive refinements to offerings and improve internal processes
