Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for achieving sales targets set in the annual plan
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Provide market information to maintain good understanding of the market
  • Develop and maintain in-depth market knowledge, demographics, and hospital care market information for assigned sales territory
  • Conduct training for medical personnel and end users on the full range of products
  • Identify additional business opportunities and develop portfolio development strategies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies at local and regional level to defend and expand product portfolio
  • Monitor product sales and work closely with marketing, customer service, and customer operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Promote product portfolio via F2F calls, presentations, workshops, participation in local and national congresses & conferences
  • Provide feedback on product simplification and standardization to increase sales line profitability
  • Work closely with other sales representatives to increase product penetration
  • Develop working relationships with other company functions to coordinate sales process, provide pre- and post-sales support, and improve sales department efficiency
  • Create, conduct, and promote marketing events to support sales goals
