The role requires the ability to manage a high volume of home improvement projects, including client and service provider outreach, scheduling, invoicing, and escalations.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for responding to inbound leads from homeowners, consulting and advising on their projects to win their business, leveraging the existing network of Service Providers to find the best fit and value, creating new partnerships with Service Providers outside the network through the Managed Services program, and cultivating a pipeline of business from 25+ leads per month while managing and advancing existing accounts. You will also be responsible for coordinating high volume home improvement projects, managing your business pipeline, and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success.
