Account Manager

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Chemical engineering/Business or a related discipline, along with five years’ experience in technical sales/application environment within the Pharmaceutical industry. Strong sales skills, both in direct customer and distributor management, are required, as well as being result-driven, self-motivated, a team player, and possessing good communication skills, including a strong command of English in listening, reading, and writing.
The Account Manager will take full responsibility for the CIP business of China, meeting or exceeding agreed sales targets through sustaining existing customer business and identifying new sales opportunities. They will manage sales pipelines, utilize CRM/Salesforce, and produce sales forecasts, while also developing and supporting distributors and conducting solution and value selling in collaboration with company experts. Furthermore, they will manage all aspects of the account, including customer sales and liaison with the Project Manager to ensure a complete solution is offered.
