Requirements

  • Passionate about food, love restaurants and highly methodical with a strong sense of the commercial side of a business
  • 1-2 years of Account management experience
  • Good knowledge of the restaurant industry
  • Commercial: Know how to negotiate, anticipate sales discussions, and maintain a quality portfolio (contractual discussions, negotiations to set up sales tools, etc.)
  • Analytical - able to analyse data to improve performance for store partners
  • Love being out in the field, and involved in everything that's operational in the area
  • Customer-centric - focused on customers. Use quantitative and qualitative data to build a service that is operationally excellent for customers
  • Native or fluent in either Dutch or French - and a good understanding of second language + English

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing long term strategic partnerships with national restaurant brands
  • Ensuring delivery of tailored partner specific projects to fulfil agreed goals from inception to implementation
  • Monitoring and analysing performance of partner specific KPIs, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Increasing revenue from existing accounts by consulting on best practice and developing partner strategies
  • Working cross functionally within the business to optimise partnerships, leading all aspects internally and externally
  • Manage the relationship with a large number of restaurant partners in order to ensure a win-win collaboration all over Belgium
  • Liaise between Deliveroo and restaurant partners in Belgium
  • Work onsite from offices in Brussels and on the road visiting portfolio of partners
