Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in low acuity vital signs, acute hospital beds & surfaces, and diagnostic cardiology
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Negotiate and lead the sales process from initial contact to full implementation, focusing on identifying customer challenges and positioning solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (installed base), understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive adoption in areas such as patient deterioration, early mobility, safe patient handling, and pressure injury prevention
  • Promote Baxter solutions around the bed space
  • Use data and insights to adapt local sales strategies and optimize performance
  • Analyze data and report on performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with therapy, medical, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and identify challenges
  • Use CRM tools to build and track sales funnel, record customer interactions, and ensure personalized follow-up and support
