SpecterOps is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth within the European market. This role encompasses the sale of SpecterOps' full portfolio, including Security Consulting and BloodHound Enterprise – a SaaS technology that maps Directory Services Attack Paths, enabling clients to eliminate Active Directory as a primary attacker target.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, qualify, and manage the sales cycle to close opportunities and generate new business for SpecterOps within assigned territory.
  • Lead technical, solution-oriented sales conversations, demonstrating SpecterOps' differentiated capabilities.
  • Identify and manage partnerships to deliver products within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly ACV sales quotas.
  • Track and report on opportunities, pipeline, and bookings for accurate forecasting.
  • Identify and support regional events to facilitate selling activities.
  • Develop account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets.
  • Provide technical requirements feedback to the business, supporting EMEA-based accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience successfully selling into EMEA in a closing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

Nice to Haves

  • 7+ years’ experience exceeding sales quota in the EMEA market.
  • SaaS selling experience (highly desirable).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in a Sales Framework (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN).
