Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of demonstrated success as either an Account Executive or Sales Development role with a proven track record of success, experience managing a large list of accounts consisting of new & existing business, and previous experience working with MSP’s preferred. Experience in relevant channels: Cybersecurity, Manager Service Providers (MSP), Technology Providers, Technology Services providers, Solution Selling is required. Ability to give clear, concise, and effective demos of all Huntress Products built from the latest pitch decks is also necessary. CRM Hygiene is consistently up to date with deals in the correct stages, activities logged, clear notes, MEDDPICC details clearly filled out, follow-up tasks and next step meetings on every deal, etc.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will focus on acquiring net new logos while being able to cross-sell and upsell into those accounts for a period of 12 months, working closely with the Sales Engineering team engaged in full-cycle partner recruitment, handling intro calls to close, and successful onboarding. The role involves achieving Sales Goals (set quarterly) by the Executive Team, generating qualified pipeline and managing a sales process, including negotiating sales opportunities to closure through a deep understanding of the Huntress security platform, educating, building credibility, and trust to sell the Huntress security stack to new customers within the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) community, traveling (up to 15% of the time) around the US to Trade Shows and In-Person Company summits, and confidently presenting in front of an audience during Trade Shows & Webinars. Maintaining a high level of pipeline organization & follow-up efficiency, upholding the highest level of Trust, Integrity, and Ethics aligned with Huntress standards, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization, and possessing a team player mindset (sharing knowledge, actively contributing during team meetings, slack discussions, and becoming a valued member of the team) are also responsibilities.
