What You’ll Do

The Account Executive will be responsible for a high-volume sales role, selling the Huntress cybersecurity platform to Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role focuses on acquiring net new logos and cross-selling/upselling within existing accounts for the first 12 months. You will work closely with the Sales Engineering team, managing the full sales cycle from intro calls to closing and successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly sales goals set by the Executive Team.
  • Generate qualified pipeline and manage the sales process, including negotiating sales opportunities to closure.
  • Sell based on value and return on investment, rather than solely on technical functionality.
  • Maintain a high level of pipeline organization and follow-up efficiency.
  • Educate, build credibility, and foster trust to sell the Huntress security stack to new customers within the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) community.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time across the US for Trade Shows and In-Person Company summits.
  • Confidently present in front of audiences during Trade Shows and Webinars.
  • Uphold the highest levels of trust, integrity, and ethics aligned with Huntress standards and values.
  • Demonstrate a team player mindset, sharing knowledge and actively contributing to team discussions.
  • Adapt and remain flexible within an ever-growing sales organization.

What You Bring To The Team

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success as an Account Executive or in a Sales Development role with a proven track record.
  • Experience managing a large list of accounts, including both new and existing business.
  • Ability to maintain pipeline and forecasting through the company CRM (Salesforce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience working with MSPs is preferred.
  • Cybersecurity sales experience is a plus.
  • An internal drive for continuous improvement and a determination to learn and grow in the rapidly changing cybersecurity environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in relevant channels: Cybersecurity, Managed Service Providers (MSP), Technology Providers, Technology Services Providers, Solution Selling.
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and effective demonstrations of all Huntress Products using the latest pitch decks.
  • Consistently maintain up-to-date CRM hygiene, including accurate deal stages, logged activities, clear notes, MEDDPICC details, and scheduled follow-up tasks/meetings for every deal.
