SMB Account Executive

Candidates must be geographically based in the Latin America (LATAM) region, possess a minimum of two years of experience as an Account Executive with SMB experience, particularly within a unicorn startup or tech company, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have experience selling SaaS technologies, be personable, possess the ability to explain complex matters simply, be quick with numbers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The Account Executive, SMB, will be responsible for representing and demonstrating the value of Deel to prospects, researching and qualifying client requirements, working closely with the SDR team to maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring CRM system updates, and building relationships with internal stakeholders. This role also involves ongoing communication and relationship building with clients, attending industry events, and ultimately contributing to Deel’s growth objectives and client satisfaction.
