Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics or similar fields
  • Proficient in English
  • 4+ years in sales, account management or customer-facing capacity (e.g. AM, CSM, Relationship Manager)
  • Experience in high growth SaaS is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention targets

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for sales decision makers for an assigned book of business
  • Develop, execute and own net new deals and renewals for the assigned book of business
  • Develop sales strategies to help form meaningful relationships with key business leaders to grow existing accounts
  • Oversee the sales process, from qualification to close, in coordination with the Leasing teams
  • Accurately forecast to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly cadence
  • Log client and opportunity related activities using CRM tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Salesforce)
  • Partner with Community to support member relationships
  • Partner with Leasing to maintain view on the available inventory in select markets and to create selling strategies to generate demand and incentivise closing
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with a number of core accounts in the assigned book of business
  • Drive post-sales activity for members by strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and game-plan to upsell for member expansion
  • Engage with members post-sale, creatively add value throughout the lifecycle, and ultimately increase retention while reducing churn
  • Act as the voice for Account members at WeWork, providing feedback to improve the member journey
